Applications for EuMax Pro

EuMax Pro is designed for contractors that want to cover a broad range of working heights with fewer prop types, simplifying equipment selection, inventory management, and procurement.

The EuMax Pro series covers adjustment ranges from 0.98 to 5.50 meters. This range allows contractors to use the system across many common floor-to-ceiling heights without maintaining a separate prop type for every application.

The system complies with EN 1065 and is designed to meet the applicable requirements of the standard.

EuMax Pro also features a self-cleaning external thread that removes concrete residue and sand as the nut is adjusted. This helps reduce thread binding and the maintenance required to keep the adjustment mechanism operational.

MEVA systems were used to construct a wildlife crossing bridge over a highway in Hungary.

The bridge’s curved concrete deck required the shoring layout and working heights to change continuously along the structure. With conventional methods, adapting to these changes may require crews to repeatedly dismantle and rebuild the support system.

To address this challenge, the project team used MT 60 towers mounted on wheeled bases. The fully assembled towers could be moved to the next position without being dismantled, reducing the preparation required between concrete-pour sections.

This approach helped the team adapt the shoring arrangement to the curved deck while working within the project schedule.

Y-Shaped Hotel near Vienna

MEVA’s MT 60 system was used during construction of a Y-shaped hotel near Vienna, Austria. The building’s complex design included cantilevered floor sections that varied in length from one level to the next.
