MEVA systems were used to construct a wildlife crossing bridge over a highway in Hungary.
The bridge’s curved concrete deck required the shoring layout and working heights to change continuously along the structure. With conventional methods, adapting to these changes may require crews to repeatedly dismantle and rebuild the support system.
To address this challenge, the project team used MT 60 towers mounted on wheeled bases. The fully assembled towers could be moved to the next position without being dismantled, reducing the preparation required between concrete-pour sections.
